Custom and personalized orders
A custom order is when I do not have it in my shop. A different color or font is not a custom order and can be left in the note sections. If there is something you'd like that's not in my shop, send me a message and I would be happy to help out!
Care instructions
Only hand wash vinyl with mild soap and sponge. Do not put it in a dishwasher. KatiesDecoSweets is not responsible for damage done by dishwashers.
Wholesale availability
Please contact me for large orders! I will give bulk discounts.
Shipping time
Orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days. The shipping time to you will vary by USPS. USPS Standard shipping (no tracking) is usually delivered within 1-2 weeks not counting any weather or holiday delays.
USPS First Class mail is usually delivered within 3-7 business days not counting any weather or holiday delays.
Returns
I do not accept returns unless it is my mistake! Please contact me if any problems before leaving any feedback. I will do my best to fix any problems!
Custom and personalized orders
Katiesdecosweets is not responsible for any damages caused by the buyer. If we decide to replace, the buyer will need to pay shipping costs again.
If it arrives damaged, we will be happy to redo it for you. However a picture of the damage must be sent within 24 hours of arrival.
